ContentsOn behalf of the Manager, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (AmInvestment Bank), a member of AmInvestment Bank Group, wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (SC) has, via its letter dated 14 July 2008 (which was received on 15 July 2008), approved the appointment of Mr. Lim Yoon Peng as the CEO of the Manager with a condition that there shall not be any adverse report arising from the evaluation process carried out on the aforesaid candidate. AmInvestment Bank is required to inform the SC on the effective date of the appointment within two (2) weeks from the date of appointment.
