DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.04 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ("RULES") IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED SELECTIVE CAPITAL REDUCTION AND REPAYMENT EXERCISE OF AMPROP PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("PROPOSED SCR")

We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
