Rozana has 30 years of practice in law during which she has gathered extensive experience of attending to criminal, civil litigation and also corporate & conveyancing matters. She has also had the opportunity of working in legal firms locally and with a firm which has an office in Dubai, UAE.

Amongst the notable work that Rozana has done during her legal practice tenure was the setting up of a business and legal consultancy company in Dubai for Kamal Hisham & Associates, having an office at the Matrade building in Dubai and the successful dealing with landowners of a group settlement in raising fund for working capital. Rozana also had the exposure in dealing with family disputes as well as foreclosures of properties. She has witnessed an area of approximately 700 acres being turned into a new township made possible by a joint venture agreement in which she was instrumental in drafting and executing. The administration and management of three branches of the legal firm she was working with, have also trained her
into becoming a leader who is capable of overseeing the operation of the businesses at the three different location by monitoring through reporting system, direct scheduled visitation and online meetings. Dealing with Dubai authorities was also beneficial to Rozanas development where she was involved in setting up the business and all related matters which included work permit/visas, renting of an office for the company.

Rozana graduated from ITM, Shah Alam (now known as UiTM) in 1989 after having completed the Advanced Diploma in Law (which is now the LLB Hons).
