MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ENTERED INTO BETWEEN APFT AND HELP UNIVERSITY SDN BHD

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 March 2020 and 11 March 2020 in relation to the memorandum of understanding between APFT and HIC (“MOU”).


(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has, on 7 December 2020, issued a letter to HIC to confirm that as the MOU has lapsed and expired on 9 September 2020, it shall have no further force or effect. Following thereto, all discussions in relation to the proposed regularisation plan shall be deemed terminated.

 

This announcement is dated 7 December 2020.
