We refer to the Company's announcements made on 18th June 2019, 02nd July 2019, 19 July 2019 and 29 July 2019 in relation to Notice Pursuant to Section 4651)(E) read together with Section 466(1)(A) (“Notice”) of the Companies Act, 2016. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors wishes to highlight on the case management condutcted through e-review before the Deputy Registrar on 17 September 2019.
1. The Appellant apprised the court that the Record of Appeal will be filed by this week. The Deputy Registrar has fixed for a further case management on 14 November 2019 to update the court on the status of the Record of Appeal as well as to fix the hearing date for the appeal.
