We refer to the Company's announcements made on 19 July 2019, 09 August 2019 and 18 September 2019 in relation to writ and statement of claim commenced by APFT Berhad (“APFT”) against Dato Faruk Bin Othman, Arif Bin Faruk, Tan Boon Leng and Tan Nyap Keong @ Tony Tan. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

 The Board of Directors wishes to highlight on the following from the case management before the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judge on 21 January 2020.

The High Court Judge was apprised of the status of the Bundle of Pleadings, the Common Core Bundle and the Common Bundle of Documents.

 The High Court Judge further gave an unless order that the following cause papers are to be filed on or before 20 February 2020.

1          Common Chronology;

2          Agreed Issues to be Tried;

3          The remaining Common Bundle of Documents; and

4          Witness statements of each party.

The High Court Judge proceeded to fix a further case management on 20 February 2020 for further directions.
