The Board of Directors of APFT BERHAD wishes to announce that APFT Services Sdn. Bhd., an indirect subsidiary of APFT BERHAD, on 27 July 2020 has been served the Writt of Summon from “Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia” which seeks amongst others:-

1. Amount of RM234,148.76 being outstanding income tax for year assessment 2014, 2015 and 2016 (inclusive of penalty)

2. Interest on RM234,148.76 at 5% per annum from judgement date until date of realisation

3. Cost; and

4. Any relif granted by the Court.

The hearing/case management date was fixed on 05 August 2020 by the Shah Alam Section Court (e-Review)
