Exchange of all the 20,475,725 outstanding warrants in ARK Resources Berhad ("ARK") as at 6 August 2018 ("Entitlement Date") with 20,475,725 new warrants in ARK Resources Holdings Berhad ("ARK Holdings") on the basis of 1 ARK Holdings Warrant for every 1 existing ARK Warrant held on the Entitlement Date pursuant to the Internal Reorganisation implemented by ARK
For avoidance of doubt, the existing ARK Warrants in issue have an exercise period of 10 years expiring 30 June 2021. In this respect, the exercise period of the ARK Holdings Warrants shall also expire on the same date of 30 June 2021.
