Changes in particulars of HB's direct beneficial interest arising from the following disposals of BAB Shares in the open market.

i. disposal of 1,000,000 representing 0.02% of the total issued shares of BAB;and

ii. disposal of 1,740,000 representing 0.03% of the total issued shares of BAB.
("Collectively referred to as "Disposals")

The disposals were undertaken outside a closed period (as defined under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("MMLR")). His interest in existing issued shares after the change is indicated below.

The Disposals were undertaken due to Margin calls on loan facilities taken by Mr. Hassan Assad Basma to purchase the said shares.
