| Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred | Change in particulars of MSSBs deemed interest in BAB Shares by virtue of the dilution of OBSBs interest in BAB Shares from 54.43% to 42.45% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BAB as at 19 July 2011 resulting from the following:- (a) allotment and issuance of up to 644,261,600 new BAB Shares pursuant to the public issue by BAB representing 22.0% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BAB under the initial public offering by BAB in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BAB on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ( IPO ). The IPO was completed on 19 July 2011. There is no change to the number of BAB Shares over which the direct interest is held. MSSB is deemed to have an interest in the BAB Shares in which OBSB has an interest, by virtue of MSSB being entitled to exercise 100% of the votes attached to the voting shares of OBSB. |
