SASB is deemed to have an interest in the BAB Shares in which WSSB, WBSB and Karisma Mesra Sdn Bhd (collectively, the SASB Subsidiaries ) have an interest, by virtue of SASB being entitled to exercise 100% of the votes attached to the voting shares in each of the SASB Subsidiaries. Each of the SASB Subsidiaries is a trustee of a discretionary trust for Bumiputera objects. As such, SASB does not have any economic interest in the BAB Shares held by the SASB Subsidiaries, as such interest is held subject to the terms of the discretionary trust for Bumiputera objects. |
