The Board of Directors of Artroniq wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Artronix Sdn. Bhd. (“ATX” or “the Distributor”) had on 19 August 2022 entered into a Distribution Agreement (“DA”) with Even Systems Co., Ltd (“Even Systems” or “the Supplier”) for the appointment of ATX as a non-exclusive distributor to market Products including but not limited to the equipment, software licenses, electronic products, and sealed software packages comprised of the computer programs encoded on media together with manuals, materials and other contents of the packages associated therewith within Malaysia (“Products”) and Services inclusive of any warranty, maintenance, advertising, marketing or technical support and any other services performed or to be performed by Supplier (“Services”).
