Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that Captii, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 23 February 2021 released their announcement on the unaudited full year financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 to the SGX.
