We refer to the announcement made by AXIATA dated 10 April 2020 and our announcement dated 15 April 2020 in relation to the Special Dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 9 May 2019, the terms and conditions of AXIATA-C51 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
