We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 15,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AXIATA by way of market making. The AXIATA-C52 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The AXIATA-C52 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The AXIATA-C52 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under AXIATA-C52 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. A summary of the principal terms of AXIATA-C52 is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 26 February 2020. |
