Par value is no longer relevant arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016. Fractional entitlements, arising from the Bonus Issue, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with by the Board of AZRB in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit and expedient in order to minimise the incidence of odd lots and in the best interest of the Company. Shareholders' approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 30 November 2018. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 December 2018, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of AZRB will issue and despatch notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders of AZRB within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 30 November 2018. |
