The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of BAHVEST on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing BAHVEST Shares held at 5:00 p.m. on 16 August 2017.

Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new BAHVEST Share at the exercise price of RM0.87 and at any time during the exercise period, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 2 August 2017 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.

Note: This amended announcement is to update the exercise/conversion ratio from 1 to 1:1.
