| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Lee Oi Kuan was appointed as Non-Independent Executive Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad (Company) on 1 March 2012 and she was the Legal and External Affairs Director since September 2006. She started as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary of the Company in 2001. She was appointed to the Top Team, now known as the Leadership Team of the Company in 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Datuk Lee was the Head of Legal and Company Secretary of two public listed companies, Hong Leong Industries Berhad and Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad.
