Free detachable warrants 2015/2020 ("Warrants") issued pursuant to the Rights Issue (as defined below)
The Warrants are issued pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad ("BKCB") involving 100,702,487 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in BKCB ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of RM0.20 per Rights Share together with 100,702,487 Warrants, on the basis of nine (9) Rights Shares together with nine (9) Warrants for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares of RM0.20 each held by the entitled shareholders of BKCB as at 5.00 p.m. on 21 May 2015 ("Rights Issue"). Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new BKCB share at the exercise price of RM0.20 each and at any time during the exercise period, subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of the deed poll dated 5 May 2015 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 17 June 2015.
