We refer to our Announcement dated 9 January 2020 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s approval for an extension of time until 20 June 2020 for BMedia to submit a regularisation plan (“Plan”) to the relevant authorities for approvals (“EOT Approval”). Based on the EOT Approval, BMedia has about half (½) a month to submit the Plan to the relevant authorities for approvals. The Board of Directors and the Management of BMedia are still assessing the economic situation and impact of the Covid-19 on the Plan. This Announcement is dated 1 June 2020. |
