Additional Warrants 2015/ 2025 ("Warrant C") issued pursuant to the bonus issue of shares exercise
Reference is made to the announcement dated 12 May 2017 in relation to the adjustments to the exercise price and number of the outstanding Warrants C pursuant to the bonus issue of shares exercise undertaken by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 28 September 2015 read together with the supplemental deed poll dated 30 May 2017, constituting the Warrants C ("Adjustments"). Pursuant to the bonus issue of shares exercise undertaken by the Company, the new exercise price is adjusted to RM0.07 per Warrant C and an additional 578,226,611 Warrants C will be listed and quoted on 7 June 2017. The Adjustments took effect from 9.00 a.m. on 29 May 2017, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the bonus issue of shares exercise on 26 May 2017. The notice to Warrant C holders dated 6 June 2017 containing details of the Adjustments has been despatched to the holders of the Warrants C.
