The Board of Directors of Cabnet Holdings Berhad (“CHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, CEE M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd (“CEE”) had on 25 October 2021 accepted a Letter of Award from Kinetics Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 199901019565 (494465-U)) (“the Contractor”) appointing CEE as the Works Package Contractor for the electrical work package for a factory located at Kulim, Kedah at a contract sum for the contract works of RM22,264,928.00 (“Contract”).
