Cabnet Holdings Berhad (“Cabnet” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that at the 4th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 28 May 2019, the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were duly tabled and received by shareholders under Agenda 1.

 

The voting in respect of all the resolutions tabled were unanimously passed by way of poll voting, the results of which were validated by All-In Worldwide Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by Cabnet.
