Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chew Hoy Ping as the Senior Independent Director of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad ("Company") with effect from 24 May 2022. Mr Chew Hoy Ping joined the Company as independent non-executive director in May 2014 and is currently the chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees.
