The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting for the following matters:- (a) a general mandate for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of General Mandate for RRPT") and a mandate for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed New Mandate for additional RRPT") ; and (b) authority to purchase the Company's own shares of up to 10% of its total issued and paid-up ordinary share capital ("Proposed Share Buy-Back"). A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Renewal of General Mandate for RRPT and Proposed New Mandate for additional RRPT, and Proposed Share Buy-Back will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 17 April 2014.
