CHHB-EXPIRY AND LAST DATE FOR THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS 1996/2006 ("WARRANTS")

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 35982 OF 2006

    Kindly be advised of the following:

    (i) CHHB's Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m., on Friday, 5 May 2006.

    (ii) Trading in CHHB's Warrants will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 19 April 2006 in order to facilitate the final exercise of the Warrants.

    (iii) CHHB's Warrants will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 8 May 2006.

    Your attention is drawn to CHHB's Notice to Warrant Holders dated 4 April 2006.
