The Board of CIMB Berhad wishes to announce that with effect from 30 June 2004, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of CIMB Berhad has been restructured into two separate Committees comprising the following members:


Remuneration Committee

Dr Rozali Mohamed Ali
Dato' Zainal Abidin Putih

Nomination Committee
Dato' Zainal Abidin Putih (Chairman)
Dato' Hamzah Bakar
Dr Rozali Mohamed Ali

Dato' Mohamed Nazir Abdul Razak

With this new structure, the CIMB Group now fully complies with the Bank Negara Malaysia Guidelines on Establishment of Board Committees.

The Board also wishes to announce that the Audit Committee of CIMB Berhad has been restructured as follows:
