REMARKS :- Based on the number of CIMB Berhad shares in issue as at 29 June 2004, the cash distribution would be approximately 41.0 sen per share. The actual distribution per share would be calculated based on the exact number of shares in issue as at 19 July 2004, being the book closure date.
