Outcome of Meeting

The announcement dated 20 October 2017 in relation to the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“ EGM”) refer.

The Board of Directors of China Ouhua Winery Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had at the EGM of the Company held today, approved the resolution tabled at the EGM.

The voting in respect of the resolution tabled at the EGM was carried out by way of poll, result of which was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the result of the polling in respect of the resolution tabled at the EGM is attached.
