The announcements dated 27 April 2017 and 19 June 2017 in relation to the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (“ 2017 AGM”) and the withdrawal of Resolution 4 under agenda item 5 of the Notice of 2017 AGM respectively refer.

The Board of Directors of China Ouhua Winery Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had at the 2017 AGM of the Company held today, approved all the resolutions tabled at the 2017 AGM.

The voting in respect of all the resolutions tabled at the 2017 AGM was carried out by way of poll, results of which was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions tabled at the 2017 AGM is attached.
