The Board of Directors of China Ouhua Winery Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had at the 2018 AGM of the Company held today, approved all the resolutions tabled at the 2018 AGM.

The voting in respect of all the resolutions tabled at the 2018 AGM was carried out by way of poll, results of which was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, being the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions tabled at the 2018 AGM is attached herewith.
