ACCEPTANCE OF TWO REVISED LETTERS OF AWARD TOTALING OF RM275,440,454.00 FROM BINASTRA CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD

Further to our announcements on 27 May 2021 and 18 October 2021, the Board of Directors of Comintel Corporation Bhd wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Total Package Work Sdn Bhd had accepted two revised letters of award of which the details of the letters of award are as follow:

 

  1. Sub-contract for the construction and completion of concrete RC frame work, architectural & infrastructure works for a development project comprising of 2 blocks of serviced apartments located at Lot PT 51811 (HSD 323247), Jalan PJU 8/8, Damansara Perdana, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM152,840,454.00; and
  2. Sub-contract for the construction and completion of concrete RC frame work, architectural & infrastructure works for a development project comprising of 5 blocks of affordable apartments under “Satu Anggota Satu Rumah” housing scheme located at PT 50021 (previously Lot 36191), Jalan Tasik Selatan, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur for a contract sum of RM122,600,000.00.
