Kindly be advised that the abovenamed Company's additional 4,000,000 New Shares issued at an issue price of RM0.30 per share being the third tranche of the Private Placement and 4,899,000 New Shares issued at an issue price of RM0.36 per share being the fourth and final tranche of the Private Placement will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 22 June 2009.
