The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that an office copy of the order of the High Court dated 21 February 2022 in respect of the Proposed Share Exchange and Proposed Transfer of Listing Status has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies of Malaysia on 14 March 2022. Pursuant thereto, the Proposed Share Exchange and the Proposed Transfer of Listing Status shall therefore take effect on 14 March 2022 pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016.

In addition, on 31 March 2022, the Company announced the entitlement date for the Proposed Share Exchange.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17.
