Amid the Full Movement Control Order (“FMCO”) announced by the Prime Minister’s Office on 28 May 2021 where it involves a total lockdown imposed nationwide, effective 1 June 2021 to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an extension of time until 30 September 2021 for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports ended 30 June 2021 which is due by 31 August 2021.

In view of the challenges faced by the Company to finalise its quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“the Quarterly Report”) due to the FMCO, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for submission of the Quarterly Report by 30 September 2021.
