On behalf of the Board of DGSB, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the Company, the Vendors and ITB have mutually agreed to extend the date of fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent as stated in SSA-1, SSA-2 and the Disposal SSA to be within 14 days upon obtaining the shareholders’ approval of the Company.
