In 1984, he transferred to its Consulting Division (which eventually became Accenture) and was admitted to global partnership in 1995. He was a Senior Executive (Partner) with Accenture until 2006 with wide ranging senior leadership roles and responsibilities across the years. This ranges from global, regional (Asia) and country leadership for various market segments and client portfolio as well as business and organisation capability development. He held various program/project director leadership roles for these large scale transformational programs, driven by definition of new business strategies, enabled by technology solutions, process reengineering, and organisation change. Currently, he is an Independent Non-Executive Director of IFCA MSC Berhad. |
