The Board of Directors of Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad ("DGSB") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of DGSB have approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") dated 19 August 2013, at the 8th AGM held today except that Mr Robin Lim Jin Hee had via his written notice notified his intention of not seeking for re-election and accordingly he retired at the conclusion of the 8th AGM held today.
