Warrants issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants
The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of Dolphin International Berhad ("Dolphin") on the basis of 1 free Warrant for every 4 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Dolphin ("Dolphin Share") held at 5.00 p.m.on 24 March 2016. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Dolphin Share at the exercise price of RM0.80 and at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"), subject to any adjustments made in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 10 March 2016 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 4 April 2016.
