We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 22,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DUFU by way of market making.
The DUFU-CE is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The DUFU-CE is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under DUFU-CE are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
