    Further to the announcement dated 28 February 2007, the Board of Directors of EFMSC wishes to announce that the Foreign Investment Committee ("FIC") had vide its letter dated 21 March 2007 (which was received on 2 April 2007) stated that the FIC has no objection to the Acquisition.

    The Company is required to inform the FIC upon completion of the Acquisition.

    This announcement is dated 3 April 2007.
