The Board of Directors of EFMB wishes to announce that the Company has on 11 January 2008 entered into a conditional shareholders agreement (Shareholders Agreement) with Mr Kek Chin Wu (KCW) and Ms Kek Pei Chin (KPC) to inter-alia, subscribe for 120,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in ISB (ISB Shares), representing 60% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of ISB, at par for a total cash consideration of RM120,000 (Subscription).
