ContentsThe Company is pleased to announce that the Company's public shareholding spread according to the Record of the Depositors of the Company as at 30 April 2009 was 48.44% held by 592 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each. With effect from 8 May 2009, the compliance with the minimum number of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each has been waived by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Pursuant thereto, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement.
