CHANGE OF AUDITORS
ContentsThe Board of Directors of Excel Force MSC Berhad ("EFMB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the retiring auditors, Messrs Tan Chin Huat & Co (TCH) has tendered their resignation as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 vide their letter dated 28 April 2010. Pursuant to Section 172(15) of the Companies Act 1965, their resignation will be effective only after a new Auditor has been appointed.

In consequence thereof, the Company proposed to nominate Messrs STYL Associates (STYL), as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 in place of TCH, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors of EFMB.

The proposed change of Auditors is subject to the approval being obtained from the shareholders of EFMB at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting.

This announcement is dated 28 April 2010.
