Alliance Merchant Bank Berhad (Alliance), on behalf the Board of Directors of Excel Force, is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission (SC) had, vide its letter dated 17 January 2006 (which was received by Alliance on 19 January 2006), approved the Proposals under Section 32(5) of the Securities Commission Act, 1993 and the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Securities Exchange) for the MESDAQ Market.

The SC has reminded that the other terms and conditions of the SCs approval for the flotation of Excel Force on the MESDAQ Market of the Securities Exchange as stated in the SCs approval letter dated 16 July 2004 remain in force.
