Alliance Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Alliance Merchant Bank Berhad) ("Alliance") has been acting as the Listing Sponsor to EFMSC since the Company was admitted to the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 21 December 2004.


On behalf of the Board of Directors of EFMSC, Alliance wishes to announce that EFMSC and Alliance have mutually agreed not to extend the term of Alliances appointment as Listing Sponsor which is due to expire on 20 December 2006. Hence, Alliance will cease to be EFMSCs Listing Sponsor on 20 December 2006.

EFMSC will make the relevant announcement on the appointment of its new Listing Sponsor in due course.
