Reference is drawn to the announcement made on 23 July 2007 in relation to the Companys Proposed Bonus Issue.


We regret to inform that there were inadvertent errors contained in the number of Bonus Shares to be issued by EFMB due to the omission of options that could potentially be exercised into shares of EFMB under the Companys existing Employees Share Option Scheme.

The affected relevant sections of the announcement dated 23 July 2007 has been duly amended to reflect the aforesaid matter. Please refer to the attached document for the full text of the amended announcement.
