We refer to the announcement dated 27 May 2010 in respect of the Proposed Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of EFMB, Public Investment Bank Berhad (PIVB) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) had via its letter dated 2 August 2010, approved the listing of and quotation for 68,922,700 new EFMB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue, subject to the following conditions:

(i) EFMB and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (ACE LR) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(ii) EFMB and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(iii) EFMB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and

(iv) EFMB and its adviser are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rules 6.36(2)(a) & (b) and 6.36(4) of the ACE LR.
