EKA NOODLES BERHAD ("EKA" OR "THE COMPANY")

MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE STATUS OF PLAN TO REGULARISE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF EKA PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.03A AND PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 30 August 2016 and 04 October 2016 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements.

 

In compliance with the Company's obligations under the Main Market of Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of EKA wishes to inform that the Company is still formulating a regularisation plan to address its PN17 status.
