On 17 October 2019, it was announced that Bursa Securities had on 17 October 2019 decided to grant the Company an extension of time up to 30 April 2020 to implement its Regularisation Plan.

On 30 October 2019, it was announced that the Company and the Vendors of KBB had on 30 October 2019 mutually agreed to extend the date to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent in accordance with the SPA in relation to the Acquisition up to 30 April 2020 or such other extended date as may be mutually agreed by the parties. 

Save for the above, there is no material development that has not been announced since the last announcement on 1 October 2019.
